Once you have your job, there are a couple of things that will make working from home easier. There are many benefits in forming a C-Corporation. You don’t have to be some sort of huge corporation to want to be a c-corporation. There are many benefits also for closely held corporations. The obvious benefit is to be able to write off a wide variety of employee benefits, including to stockholders, tax free to the expense
of the corporation.
The first one is health care costs. Say your corporation has five employees, including the owner (yourself) and his or her partner. Health insurance for a single person can easily be $400 a month, $800 a month for couples and $1600 for a couple with two children. Say for two single people, plus three people married with 2 children each, that is an expense of $6400 a month, or $76,800 a year. That can eat up quite a bit of corporate profits.
In addition, there are dental care plans, and qualified education costs, group term life insurance of up to $50,000 per employee, company owned vehicles provided to employees and public transportation costs. This is all things that can be paid, and legally, without paying not one bit of state, local or national taxes. Isn’t that something to smile about? I’m also sure there are other business expenses to consider when dealing with clients. We all remember notorious gossip about the three-martini lunch, but you can also have a nice expense paid business lunch without getting drunk. That’s where the real prurient interest is in this topic. (Is it really a business lunch, or are you just getting funny with your secretary?).
Another factor to consider is that corporate profits themselves do not have to be taken out of the corporation, at least not immediately. You can make a profit, and leave it in the corporation, where it is only taxed at 15%, not at 28% like a good chunk of higher income is taxed. The tax rate on the first $50,000 of profits is only 15%.You can decide to leave money in a corporation for capital purposes or for reinvestment purposes. If you claim it as liquid cash, you will eventually have to pay taxes on it, but that could be much later, even when you are selling the corporation and have no other sources of income.
This is why professional accountant often feel that too many business people overlook the advantages of a C-Corporation, even one that is closely held. (A closely held corporation is one where the stock is only owned by a small group of people who run the corporation.). The owner and his partner can receive a reasonable salary, which also lowers corporate profits.
People can go nuts on the double taxation issue, but it can be something that is not that bad for closely-held corporations. After all, after those salaries to owners too, the health care, the other fringe benefits, etc, you may not have that much corporate profits left over any way, and you can choose to reinvest these profits in the corporation for further expansion.

No one like it when they get no bids on there Ebay auction, but it happens.
Some auctions get hundreds of bids, but some go much more slowly, getting only a few bids or even none at all for days. Auctions are generally much slower during the summer months than they are in the winter - and sales on eBay are slowing each year, as more sellers than buyers sign up, hoping to get rich quick. There are a number of ways that you can take advantage of slower auctions to get the best price.
Wait to Bid.
If you bid, then everyone can see you’re interested - and that might make them interested too. Leaving the item alone for as long as you can bear will make it look less popular, and keep the price down so you can come in at the last minute and get a bargain.
Make an Offer.
If the seller is selling an item using ‘Buy it Now’ and it still hasn’t sold when the auction is about to end, use eBay’s ‘Best Offer’ service to make them an offer on it. The chances are they’ve listed the item two or three times before, and they’ll be so annoyed at the prospect of re-listing it yet again that they’ll accept your offer just to get rid of the thing.
Conspire with Other Buyers.
You might not have thought of this, but if there are two auctions for the same item and only you and one other buyer are bidding, why not get together and work out a ‘you take this one and I’ll take that one’ deal? This avoids you raising the price on both auctions just to get one each. If you make a few friends, you can even work together on auctions long-term, taking it in turns to bid.
Be Snobbish.
Send the seller emails asking questions about the condition of the item, and making it very clear that you are a discerning buyer and will only accept things of the highest quality. This will make them feel better about selling you their item for less.
Don’t Feel Guilty.
There really are too many sellers on eBay now, to the point where you can get common items at very low prices. Long-term, this will probably force those sellers out of business, but that’s the way a market works - it’s supply and demand.
Buy in Bulk.
When auctions are slow, many sellers will have had the same stock for a long time. If you offer to take ten things off their hands all at once then you can almost name your price - the chances are that they’ll fall over themselves to give you a good deal. If you come back again and buy another ten items then they’ll love you even more.
The longer you spend on eBay, the more experienced you’ll become - and the greater the chances are that you’ll stumble across an auction for something very odd, and quite unexpected. In the next email, you’ll hear all about the strangest eBay items ever sold.
In fact, there are all sorts of tricks you can use on eBay, if you want to get ahead of the game. Remember that most buyers on eBay are casual, and don’t know what they’re doing: a little knowledge can go a long way in getting you an advantage.

Here’s a five step process to developing seminars that will appeal to your target audience:
Step One: Define Your Target Audience

Schools taught the 3-R’s but in addition, instilled the principals of hard work as being part of the success principal. Being without work was considered disgraceful. This principal was used to explain the basis for the differences in class structure in society. In spite of the widespread indoctrination, factory workers found that the factory system could not deliver on its promise of rewarding hard work. The factory workers grew restless when their high productivity levels did not result in higher pay. With the shift from an industrial economy to a service driven economy more people turned to a home based business to survive and flourish. I’m writing this article because I thought you
might want to know my formula for success

What’s the formula to achieve online success?

The formula is simple. When you are working,
you must have in mind that ultimately what
you want to achieve from your online business
is this:
Work less, earn more.
But first, you must understand this formula
in order to achieve that.
Here’s the formula:
Assuming you are working 8 hours a day,
and you are getting X result (X can be any
amount of money you are getting now.)
Where most people failed to achieve
success is, they try to earn X + Y (Y can
be any amount of extra money you want
to get) without finding a way to work
less first. In another words, finding a way
to work less while still getting X result.
In order for you to get Y result, you should
find ways to work less than 8 hours first and
still be getting X result. Let’s say 6 hours.
Once you able to achieve that, only then can
you consider how to find ways to get Y result.
In a nutshell,
First step:
Work 8 hours (or whatever your existing working
hours are) and get X result.
Second step:
Find ways to work 6 hours and still get
X result.
Third step:
Work 8 hours again but get X + Y results.
Once you achieve this, your next step is to find
ways on how to achieve X + Y results by working
only 6 hours instead of 8 hours. Once you find
that, only than you can think about getting
Z result (Z can be any amount of extra money
you want to have).
So, repeat the whole process:
First step:
Work 8 hours get X + Y results.
Second step:
Find ways to work 6 hours and still get
X + Y results.
Third step:
Work 8 hours again but get X + Y + Z results.
Keep on repeating this process until you get
the maximum results you can get (this can be
A+B+C+X+Y+Z).
At some stage, you’ll probably reach the optimum
of getting the results and you can hardly earn more
by working 8 hours a day.
Once you achieve this, congratulations.
Now, what you need to do is to find ways
to WORK LESS but still get the same results.
So at the end, you’ll be able to WORK LESS
And EARN MORE.
People fail to achieve online success because
they don’t know or understand this simple
formula and practice it!
This formula stressed managing your fundamentals
before engaging yourself to earn more. People failed
to achieve more results because they try to earn
more without learning how to maintain and work
less first. So, they’ll end up working more hours
each day.
That’s why, you can see many people becoming

SYSTEMS ARE DUPLICATABLE, PEOPLE ARE NOT.
There are 6 key points that separate the 2% mega successful from the 98% struggling to get their online businesses going:
* 1.) An inability to stay connected with each client, getting them to walk through the process with you.
* 2.) Inconsistent advertising, your associates allowing leads to get cold or simply not dialing them at all.
* 3.) Lack of confidence/ability on the introduction/qualifying calls. No posture, too much posture etc.
* 4.) Chasing the follow ups. The amazing amount of frustration on your part when those follow ups simply did not show.
* 5.) An inability to gauge how interested your client is in your product.

Forget trying to be just like that smooth talking guy with the knack for marketing. Is your opportunity a scam or do you have a system deficit? Remember: Systems are Duplicatable, People Are Not.
