Many home based business opportunity seekers (or would be “netpreneurs”) have almost no concept of what they are looking for nor what is available to them on the internet. Most certainly they have no idea of what would be best for them and what actually makes for the ideal work from home opportunity.
In this article (and others by the same author) you’ll find a lot of information that really should be at the top of your check list during your search for the ideal home based business - ignore them at your peril
The one thing the internet is not short of is work from home business schemes. Check them out against the check list and if they don’t come up to scratch then it’s time to look elsewhere. One of the most popular and regular search terms on Google is for internet home based businesses - use the power of the search engines to help you find the one that is right for you.
Never forget that the internet is “Scam Central”. For every genuine opportunity there are countless others who don’t care as long as they take your money.
Make this your 7 point check list to help you choose the best internet home based business for you…
Check them out and see if you agree?
1. Minimal Cost To Start: Your internet home based business should be as inexpensive to start as possible, freeing up your capital to expand your business
2. Hate Selling? Me Too: Your internet work from home business should be free from any pressures induced by having to sell things. Most people I know would be physically sick at the thought of having to try selling things face to face. If that’s you; then keep away from any such business offer.
3. Must Actually Be A Work From Home Business: It should be genuinely “workable” from home - You have chosen to work from home so no offices or outside premises should be needed. Time to pocket the rent and the other expenses you’ve saved!
4. Home Base Businesses Are Best Run By The Home Owner: Sounds obvious but it’s too easily forgotten. We’re talking work from home businesses here so do you want some stranger invading your home? No. So forget paying wages to somebody else. At the most you should be involving yourself and your family members. No hiring; no firing. Too much trouble which you really don’t need.
5. Your Business Should Have No Requirement For Any Stockholding: If you’re asked to “invest” in some start up stock then my advice would be to walk away. Your garage is best used for it’s original purpose - housing your car; not stock you may not be able to move on.
6. Don’t Ever Think Of Employing Staff: Do you really want a stranger to work from home (your home that is), how do you know you can trust him or her? One of the biggest problems you will ever encounter is that of STAFF. Forget it. You are starting a small home based business; not General Motors. If you must have somebody to help; get your wife or husband involved. Not a complete stranger. And the best way to lose your friends is by employing them in your business.
7. Should Leave You Some Free Time To Enjoy Your Success: One of the joys of working from home in your own business is that it should not take up every second of your waking day. There’s no commuting to start with so use that time sensibly. If you are looking for a full time commitment then treat it as that but model your day on the standard working day. You have a life to enjoy therefore it should take up as little of your time as possible, even when worked on a “full-time” basis How does 15 minutes a day sound?
